Hello. I'm Saumya, and I'm currently a senior service designer in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham.

I have over 5 years of experience working as a service designer, user experience designer, and researcher, spanning across public sector organisations and private consultancies.

In my work, you will find me taking an interdisciplinary approach; drawing from design, behavioural science and research.

I enjoy making things with my hands, going for hikes and being surrounded by books. My latest pet project is learning how to lacto-ferment! :)
